COLOURFUL ENERGY BLISS BALLS
Did you ever try to make energy balls? I always wanted to make them myself as I already saw many different variations online - finally, I had the time to test mine and share the recipe with you ☺️
I guess you all know the feeling when you crave something sweet after lunch/ dinner (or any time of the day) but do not want to eat something “unhealthy”. An apple might please you desire once, but actually you want something sweeter while not neglecting to consume essential nutrients - then my energy bliss balls are perfect for you!
The bliss balls are sugar-free and vegan - packed with nuts, dried fruits and seeds giving you the energy boost you need and deserve after e.g. a long virtual home office meeting/ university class ☺️
The best thing is that the balls last up to six days and you can easily bring them on your summer adventures be it on the lake or in the mountains - we actually had them with us on our last hike and I can promise you enjoying the energy balls with a panoramic view is unbeatable :)
I hope you like the recipe and get both an energy and motivation boost through enjoying the bliss balls :)
Lots of love,
Magda
