Since I am creating so many apricot recipes at the moment, it was time for the classic apricot recipe: an Austrian apricot cake. My recipe is completely free of industrial sugar, is vegan and really only needs a few ingredients.

In the last weeks I had almost no time to create recipes. Therefore, I was all the more pleased to now finally once again get the chance to photograph a delicious and especially simple sweet recipe: a vegan raspberry crumble cake!
